CounselorDirect Announces Partnership with the State of Missouri’s Homeowner Assistance Fund

IRVINE, Calif. – May 21, 2021 – CounselorDirect, powered by HOTB Software, a leading large enterprise software solution developer for federal and state governments, announced its newest partnership with the state of Missouri’s Homeowner Assistance Fund, which provides relief and assistance in preventing mortgage delinquencies and defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities or home energy services, and displacement of homeowners experiencing any financial hardship.   

HOTB’s SaaS platform, CounselorDirect, enables the state of Missouri to streamline their homeowner fund allocation and provides them with a comprehensive software solution that simplifies providing homeowners with mortgage and utility assistance. The solution allows for secure operational tools and compliance processes to be observed all while ensuring homeowner data remains securely organized.    

The CounselorDirect platform houses the ability to handle everything from application, eligibility, automated underwriting, approval, cash flow management, and automated status updates. Additionally, CounselorDirect is providing the fundamental tools needed by the state of Missouri to help allocate over $130 million from the U.S. Treasury’s American Rescue Plan Act to provide relief to homeowners whose finances have been negatively impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Missouri Homeowner Assistance Fund is allocating its funds from the U.S. Department of the Treasury and is providing funds to homeowners for mortgage and utility assistance. The program is working towards keeping individuals and families in their homes during the pandemic and is helping to ensure those greatly affected by the pandemic remained housed.
